Please note: Main Street America Insurance, Inc. is an independent agency. We are not affiliated with the separately-named insurance carrier "Main Street America" (MSA Insurance). We are a distinct, independently-owned agency incorporated in Florida since 1995.

10.1 Opt-In
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Main Street America Insurance, Inc. related to our products and services. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
10.2 Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to the number you receive messages from. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
10.3 Rejoining
To rejoin, contact us directly and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
10.4 Help and Support

10.5 Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10.6 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will not exceed 4 messages per month. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
10.7 Privacy
